PL3 HOUSES ORIGGIO

The complex PL3 is part of a larger subdivision that is being developed in a small town in the metropolitan area of Milan.

Compared to the traditional models offered by other developers operating in the area, our project envisions two scenarios completely alternative between them.

The first is that of the small rural village, consisting of several independent volumes that create green spaces, courtyards, small squares, a model that denies the condominium concept to propose an idea of living closer to the principles of community and sharing.

The second model is that of the linear building in which each apartment is designed as a small detached villa. Each house has a direct relationship with a private outside through large terraces, while the green on the ground floor becomes a completely public park.
