AWARD: First Prize in the Competition.

Our new city has various components, each one identically connoted yet in harmony with the others. The whole of the various parts offers a unique and special place, a new one where the future inhabitants will find what they have always wanted.

A balanced mix of productive-tertiary and residential functions has in the anchoring of the urban plot to customized architectural solutions the key element so that each stakeholder of the generating process can find what they are looking for.

The forms of the city and the solutions through which its nodes and representative places are resolved are always carriers of spatial quality.

The functional components of the new city, in addition to being located according to criteria of efficiency and profitability, guarantee sufficient architectural recognition to become identifying places capable of multiplying their collective value, which thus becomes both functional and formal.
